Service status
Bukway is an independent navigation app for Bukovel, Ukraine, not an official resort service. The operator is Kovalov Volodymyr, an individual in Ukraine; mailing address: вул. Грецька, 9А, м. Могилів-Подільський, 24000, Україна; email: bukway.app@gmail.com. These terms take effect on 2026-11-08. The app is in closed testing, so features may be limited or contain errors. Use the service in accordance with these terms and resort rules.
Maps, routes and availability
Graph and map data may contain errors or become outdated. Fastest compares estimated travel times; Easiest favours blue pistes, permits red when needed and excludes black/unclassified terrain. Profile names do not guarantee suitability for your ability. ETA is not an arrival promise and may omit queues, weather, stops and delays. A calculated route does not establish that a piste, transfer or lift is open or safe.
Mountain safety
Resort signs, barriers, current closures and staff instructions always take priority over the app. Assess your ability, weather, visibility, equipment and people nearby. Stop safely rather than look at your phone during dangerous movement. Bukway is not a rescue service or a substitute for an instructor.
Accounts and age policy
Guests can use maps and navigation. Saved items, history and profiles require sign-in. Current profile completion requires a self-declared birth date validated as age 18–120; this is not document verification. Protect your email and OTP; never share a code. Legacy access mechanisms may remain for recovery of existing accounts.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and follow resort rules. Do not bypass access controls, attack infrastructure, collect others’ data or impersonate resort staff. Test access does not authorise interference with other users.
Data and third-party services
Firebase/Google supports accounts, profiles and request protection; Resend delivers OTP emails; Mapbox supplies maps; Cloudflare hosts the website. Their availability and the network affect the service. Brand, code, photograph and map rights belong to their respective rights holders; these terms do not transfer those rights to you. Retain required attribution. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Ending use and service changes
You may stop using the service. Signing out does not delete your account: deletion is a separate profile action and an incomplete stage may need to be retried. Uninstalling the app does not delete server records. Features and test access may change. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through available service channels in accordance with applicable law; the current version and date are published on the website. Liability and applicable law
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free maps, available slopes or a particular arrival time. Neither a calculated route nor a difficulty profile replaces an assessment of actual conditions. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or remove mandatory user rights. Ukrainian law applies subject to mandatory rules that may apply to the user. You may first contact the operator to resolve an issue; your right to approach a competent authority or court is preserved.
